Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Systems Manager to drive the administration and rollout of Procore across the organization. You will standardize workflows, train users, manage permissions, and maintain SOPs to ensure data quality and process compliance across projects.

You will lead module expansions, monitor adoption, and collaborate with operations leadership to reinforce standards. Strong communication and multitasking will be essential in a fast-paced environment that values continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in construction/tech field.
• Experience with Procore preferred and ability to configure modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver role-based Procore training programs.
• Create work instructions, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and office hours.
• Measure training effectiveness and user adoption.
• Establish and maintain standard workflows, templates, permissions, and naming conventions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Audit compliance with Procore usage requirements and standards.
• Lead rollout of new Procore modules, functionality, and enhancements.
• Configure company and project settings, permissions, and templates.
• Support project startups, user management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor utilization metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operations leadership to reinforce standards and accountability.
• Develop adoption and compliance reporting - monthly audit reports.
• Support Procore integrations, including JDE and other business systems.
• Analyze usage trends and recommend process improvements.
