ENFRA is seeking a Systems Manager to standardize, train, and adopt Procore across our projects. You will drive governance, configure settings and templates, and support integration with JD Edwards and other systems.

Travel is limited, with a focus on consistent data quality and process compliance. You will lead onboarding and ongoing training, measure adoption, and collaborate with operations leadership to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Institute and maintain standard workflows, templates, permissions, and naming conventions.
• Lead rollout of Procore modules and enhancements.
• Support project startups, user management, and issue resolution.
• Develop adoption and compliance reporting and monitor usage metrics.
