Job summary

ENFRA, based in Tempe, AZ, is hiring a Systems Manager to oversee Procore administration and rollout across project teams. You will ensure Procore is the system of record, driving data quality, process compliance, and operational excellence.

You will develop role-based training, create processes and SOPs, onboard users, and monitor adoption, partnering with operations to sustain standards and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Procore training programs.
• Create training materials and knowledge resources.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and office hours.
• Measure training effectiveness and user adoption.
• Establish and maintain standard workflows, templates, permissions, and naming conventions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Audit compliance with Procore usage requirements and standards.
• Lead rollout of new Procore modules, functionality, and enhancements.
• Configure company and project settings, permissions, and templates.
• Support project startups, user management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor utilization metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operations leadership to reinforce standards and accountability.
• Develop adoption and compliance reporting - monthly audit reports.
• Support Procore integrations, including JDE and other business systems.
• Analyze usage trends and recommend process improvements.
