Job summary

ENFRA, based in Westmont, Illinois, seeks a Systems Manager to drive Procore adoption as the system of record, ensure data quality, and enforce standard workflows across projects. The role includes training, configuration, and administration to support project startups and ongoing improvement.

You will monitor utilization, report on compliance, and partner with operations leadership to sustain standards and drive efficiency in a fast-paced energy infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5 years of related experience in construction management or tech-enabled project controls.
• Procore proficiency and ability to train users.
• Strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Procore training programs and materials.
• Establish and maintain standard workflows, permissions, and templates.
• Lead rollout of Procore modules and configurations.
• Support project startups, user management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor adoption metrics and partner with operations leadership to enforce standards.
• Create adoption and compliance reports and support integrations with other business systems.
