Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Systems Manager to oversee Procore across the organization. The role ensures Procore is the system of record, drives project data quality, and supports efficient execution through standardized workflows and governance.

The candidate will develop training programs, create materials, and manage onboarding while monitoring adoption and compliance, partnering with operations leadership to enforce standards and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Advanced computer and accounting skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver role-based Procore training programs.
• Create work instructions, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and office hours.
• Measure training effectiveness and user adoption.
• Lead rollout of new Procore modules, functionality, and enhancements.
