Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead Procore and PMIS deployments, configure systems, and support adoption across projects. You will collaborate with project teams, clients, and internal departments to translate business needs into scalable processes and templates.

The role requires hands-on Procore administration, strong communication, and the ability to deliver training and documentation that enables consistent use across programs.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or experience in construction management, engineering, information systems, business, project management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
• Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms in a construction environment.
• Knowledge of document control, design coordination, field reporting, cost management, or project closeout.
• Ability to gather requirements, evaluate processes, configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and communicate solutions clearly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore and PMIS implementations from planning through deployment and support.
• Document requirements, map processes, and recommend improvements.
• Configure Procore company- and project-level settings and workflows.
• Support document control, submittals, RFIs, inspections, and cost management.
• Develop templates, governance procedures, and admin documentation.
• Coordinate data migration, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Create training materials and user guides for admins and end users.
• Provide ongoing system administration and support, manage enhancements.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support project oversight and decisions.
• Assist proposals, implementation plans, and client presentations.
