Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead the deployment and ongoing optimization of Procore and PMIS for our projects and clients in the construction sector. You will work with project teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to understand needs, configure solutions, and establish SOPs for consistent use.

The role requires hands-on Procore experience, strong communication, and the ability to train users while supporting system adoption and governance across

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms (Autodesk Forma, Kahua, Oracle Unifier, etc.).
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Procore and other PMIS implementations from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Document business requirements and map processes to suggest improvements and governance.
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for project oversight and decision-making.
