Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead the configuration, rollout, and ongoing improvement of Procore and PMIS across projects. You will work with project teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to define business needs, standardize processes, and drive system adoption.

The role requires hands-on Procore administration, strong communication, and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and training materials.

Qualifications

• Experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
• Hands-on PMIS experience in construction/engineering environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMIS implementations from requirements to deployment and support.
• Document business requirements and map processes for improvements.
• Configure Procore settings, templates, permissions, and workflows.
• Develop training materials and user guides for admins and teams.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support oversight.
