Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking a Processor for our License and Title team in Mission, KS. This role handles initial and state transfer transactions, ensures documentation accuracy, and maintains compliance with state requirements.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule with a $22-$25 hourly pay and a $500 sign-on bonus. Prior automotive/transportation experience and Zendesk familiarity are a plus for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in automotive or transportation industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel; familiarity with general office equipment.
• Zendesk experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Critical thinking with ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Knowledge of transportation logistics and state titling requirements preferred.
• Highly organized with strong accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ACERTUS is seeking a highly motivated and driven Processor for our License and Title team (Initials). This role is critical in ensuring quality documentation, client engagement, state compliance, and customer SLA execution. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Pay: $22-$25/hr

We are offering a $500 Total Sign-on Bonus!

What you will be doing:

• Manage initial and state transfer transactions, in compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Reviewing supporting documents to ensure accuracy.

What are we looking for?
