Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking a Processor for the License and Title team in Mission, KS. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Typical hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, with a $22-$25/hour pay and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in automotive or transportation industry is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills.
• Zendesk experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial and state transfer transactions in compliance with regulations.
• Review supporting documents for accuracy.
• Research and resolve paperwork issues.
• Communicate with partners internally and externally.
