Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking a Processor I in Overland Park, KS to ensure compliance by reviewing state-specific requirements, managing license and title transactions, and verifying document accuracy. You will coordinate with internal teams on transaction status and prepare applications and supporting materials.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Pay: $20–$22/hr, plus a $500 sign-on bonus. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential in this automotive logistics role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in proprietary systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Transtitle.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review state-specific requirements, manage license and title transactions.
• Verify accuracy and completions of documents.
• Prep applications and supporting documents.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding status of transactions.
• Research and resolve issues related to renewal invoices.
• Must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.
