Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking a Processor for our License and Title team in Mission, KS. This role handles initial and state transfer transactions, ensures documentation accuracy, and maintains compliance with state requirements.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule with a $22-$25 hourly pay and a $500 sign-on bonus. Prior automotive/transportation experience and Zendesk familiarity are a plus for success in this role.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Experience in automotive or transportation industry is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel; familiarity with general office equipment.
Zendesk experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Critical thinking with ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Knowledge of transportation logistics and state titling requirements preferred.
Highly organized with strong accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage initial and state transfer transactions in compliance with state regulations.
Review supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
Research and resolve issues related to paperwork.
Communicate with internal and external partners.
Deliver on team KPIs and maintain accountability.
Maintain strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
Partner with leadership to align strategies with organizational goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
