Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Processing Operator -Intermediate to safely and efficiently operate our SAL5400 processing line. This role emphasizes quality, batch accuracy, and equipment reliability.

You will mix ingredients, monitor temperatures, record data, and manage material handling with forklifts. The position includes 2nd shift and base pay of $22.50 per hour, with overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1 year of production experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read batch sheets and follow recipes with accurate weighing.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment to meet QA guidelines and quality standards.
• Mix ingredients, monitor temperatures and moisture, and adjust as needed.
• Perform start-ups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Log temperatures, batch details, and material weights; monitor for foreign matter.
