Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Processing Operator (Flex Operator) to support multiple processing functions in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork while operating mixers, laminators, ovens, and scalers.

You will rotate between positions, assist with preventive maintenance, and ensure production paperwork is completed accurately. The role requires ability to lift heavy items and work overtime or weekends as needed, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Must have high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to safely perform responsibilities.
• Ability to operate and adjust manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to rotate between positions and cover shifts.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust processing equipment to meet production requirements.
• Operate equipment including mixers, laminators, ovens, and scalers.
• Rotate as a Flex Operator to cover production schedules and maintain coverage as needed.
• Support Utility Driver responsibilities when assigned.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in clean, sanitary condition and complete production documentation accurately.
