You will rotate across roles, cover Utility Driver responsibilities when needed, and uphold GMP and food safety standards. A high school diploma and ability to lift are required, with overtime/weekend availability and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow procedures.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting in a production environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate processing equipment such as mixers, laminators, ovens, and scalers.
• Rotate across multiple processing positions and provide break relief.
• Cover Utility Driver responsibilities when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete production and operational documentation accurately.
• Support preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow GMPs and food safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to ensure shift coverage.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Support overtime and weekend production needs.
• PM shift schedule.
