Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Processing Operator (Flex) in Richmond, UT, to safely operate and support multiple processing positions on the PM shift. You will be part of a dedicated team ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with GMPs while meeting production goals.

You will rotate across roles, cover break relief, and participate in preventive maintenance as required. A high school diploma and ability to lift will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment with overtime and

• Must be able to safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow procedures.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a production environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate processing equipment (mixers, laminators, ovens, scalers).
• Rotate across multiple processing positions to support production schedules.
• Cover Utility Driver duties when required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and document production activities.
