Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and basic reading/writing in English.
• Ability to safely operate and adjust manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to rotate positions and provide coverage as needed.
• Capable of sustained physical activity and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust processing equipment to meet production requirements.
• Rotate between positions (Mixers, Laminators, Ovens) and support coverage as scheduled.
• Maintain clean, organized, sanitary work areas and complete production paperwork accurately.
• Follow GMPs and food safety procedures while supporting continuous improvement.
