Job summary

Starting pay is $22.50/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must safely operate manufacturing and food processing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Able to follow batch sheets, recipes, and production instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment to meet QA standards and production specs.
• Mix ingredients and monitor temperature, moisture, and consistency.
• Document batch logs and track temperatures, times, and weights.
• Perform changeovers, cleaning, and minor maintenance.
• Support safety, GMPs, and 5S initiatives.
