Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Processing Operator (Flex) to contribute to high-quality product manufacturing on the 2nd shift. You will safely operate and support multiple processing positions within the Processing Team, rotating across roles to backfill and support production schedules.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, maintaining GMP compliance, completing production records, and assisting with preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

Must have ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow procedures.
Must be able to perform heavy lifting and work in a production environment.
Strong commitment to safety and food safety standards.
Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

Safely set up, adjust, and operate processing equipment (mixers, laminators, ovens, scalers).
Rotate across multiple processing positions and provide break relief.
May cover Utility Driver responsibilities as needed.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; follow GMP and housekeeping standards.
Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
Support preventive maintenance and training initiatives.
Work collaboratively with team to ensure adequate shift coverage.
