Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Processing Operator (Flex) in Utah to safely operate and support multiple processing positions on the PM shift. You will help maintain quality, support schedules, and participate in training to ensure efficient production.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy objects, and adhere to GMP and food safety standards. Overtime and weekend coverage may be required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting in a production environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and GMPs.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate processing equipment (mixers, laminators, ovens, scalers).
• Rotate across multiple processing positions and provide break relief.
• May cover Utility Driver responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas and follow housekeeping standards.
• Complete production and operational documentation accurately and timely.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and GMP compliance.
• Work with team to ensure shift coverage and training support.
• Perform heavy lifting and other duties as assigned.
• Support overtime and weekend production requirements.
