Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Richmond, Utah, is seeking a Flex Operator to support multiple processing functions on the 3rd shift. You will safely set up and operate mixers, laminators, ovens, and related machinery, rotating across stations to meet production needs and ensure quality.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or GED), English proficiency, and the ability to lift heavy loads while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Overtime and weekend coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Ability to safely operate and adjust manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust processing equipment to meet production requirements.
• Rotate between positions to cover production schedules and support cross-functional team coverage.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and complete production, quality, and safety paperwork accurately.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to improve reliability.
• Work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
• Follow GMPs and safety procedures at all times.
