Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow procedures.
• Able to perform heavy lifting in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust, and operate processing equipment including mixers, laminators, ovens, and scalers.
• Rotate across multiple processing positions, provide break relief, and support production schedules.
• May be assigned to cover Utility Driver responsibilities when required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following housekeeping standards.
• Accurately complete all required production and operational documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and GMP compliance.
• Work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
• This position is scheduled on the PM Shift.
