Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate processing equipment like mixers, laminators, ovens, and scalers.
• Rotate across multiple processing positions and support schedules.
• May cover Utility Driver responsibilities when required.
• Maintain work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Complete production and operational documentation accurately and timely.
• Support preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow GMPs and plant safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to train and cover shifts.
• Perform heavy lifting and other duties as assigned.
• Support overtime and weekend production needs when required.
