Job summary

Campbell Soup Company, Richmond, UT, is seeking a Processing Operator (Flex Operator) to safely set up, monitor, and adjust mixing machines, laminators, and ovens, supporting multiple processing functions on a 3rd shift.

You will rotate between positions, complete production documentation, and adhere to GMPs and food safety requirements while collaborating with maintenance, QA, and operations staff to maintain efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to perform responsibilities.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and adjust as needed.
• Willingness to rotate between production functions and cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust processing equipment to meet production requirements.
• Operate mixers, laminators, ovens, and scalers, rotating across positions as needed.
• Complete production, quality, and operational paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area and follow GMPs.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and support safety and quality initiatives.
