Job summary

Cooper Farms in Northwest Ohio is seeking a 1st shift Processing Floor Lead for the Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg. Shifts run Sunday through Wednesday, 5:00am–4:30pm, with optional overtime.

Starting pay is $19.90–$23.45 per hour plus potential increases after 90 days, plus profit-sharing bonuses. You will supervise egg processing operations, set production schedules, and ensure safety, quality and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Associate degree in food science or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation preferred.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Processing Floor Lead to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.

SHIFT HOURS

Sunday through Wednesday 5:00am-4:30pm with optional overtime on Thursdays from 5:00am-4:30pm.

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$19.90-$23.45 with a potential increase after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
