Cooper Farms in Northwest Ohio is seeking a 1st shift Sow Farm Maintenance Technician to join our Mark Center team. This role focuses on preventative and corrective maintenance on farm facilities, machinery and equipment, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Sow Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mark Center, Ohio.

$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1000 at thirty days, $1000 at sixty days and $1000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $20.00-$24.50 (based on experience) with a potential increase at 90 Days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
