Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an experienced support specialist to coordinate publications, procedures, and resources across Patient Support Solutions programs.

You will assist with onboarding sessions, collaborate on process improvements, and help the Learning and Development team create training materials and templates. The role requires familiarity with hub procedures, regulatory concepts related to health insurance types, and strong MS Office skills for document creation and communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical hub procedures, including financial assistance programs.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office applications: SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, including creating, editing, and sending documents.

Responsibilities

• Availability to consult in design sessions for onboarding programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients regarding process efficiencies.
• Assist Learning and Development with creation of training materials.
• Create and maintain company templates.
• Produce program assets, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop content matrices and patient communications such as letters and emails.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
