Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a patient solutions coordinator to serve as the first point of contact with patients, assess needs, and triage calls while explaining patient programs.

You will enroll new customers and maintain patient records to ensure services are delivered efficiently. The role requires at least a GED or equivalent with 2 years in customer service, strong computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a call-center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• 2 years’ experience in a customer service/call center preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact with patients, triaging calls and explaining Patient Solutions.
• Enroll new customers to Patient Solutions.
• Record activities in the patient database and follow up to secure services for our customers by contacting physician offices, pharmacies, and other external entities.
• Data entry of incoming documents.
• Understand adverse events, identify and record them.
• Complete various special projects as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
