Qualifications

• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or equivalent.
• Mastery of SOPs and cGMPs within a regulatory environment.
• Strong leadership and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads technology transfer and new product introduction into the manufacturing facility.
• Directs changeover, continuous improvement initiatives, and production scheduling.
• Allocates resources for deviations, defects, and changes to maintain safe production.
• Builds high-performing teams and fosters continuous learning and innovation.
• Maintains performance metrics and drives cost, quality, safety, and service goals.
• Supports health authority inspections and cross-functional collaboration.
