Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a General Manager, Devens, to lead end-to-end Biologics and Cell Therapy operations, drive site transformation, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will manage capital projects, lead a unified campus governance, and partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic objectives.

The role focuses on building a single, integrated operating model, championing digital tools and AI-enabled transformation, and ensuring robust supply and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry or related field required.
• Advanced degree (M.S./Ph.D./MBA) preferred for leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in large-scale biologics manufacturing and site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Devens campus operations for Biologics and Cell Therapy units.
• Drive integration and transformation to a unified campus operating model.
• Ensure GMP compliance, safety, quality, and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee capital projects, budgets, and cross-unit governance.
