Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Bioprocess Associate in Devens, MA. You will execute commercial manufacturing processes for therapeutic proteins under cGMPs, supporting a range of routine tasks and process improvements.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, inventory management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; biotechnology certificate/associate degree preferred.
• Prior GMP regulations experience and/or clean-room environment experience desirable.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment following cGMPs and SOPs.
• Revise and create process documents and assist investigations.
• Train in process automation and supporting business systems.
• Lead in maintaining material and component inventory levels.
• Support a safe work environment and participate in safety initiatives.
• Weigh and check raw materials; assemble, clean and autoclave components.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels.
• Perform routine manufacturing tasks per SOPs with moderate complexity.
• Assist in revising process documents and batch records.
