Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer and new product introduction into the facility.
• Provide support to manufacturing teams to meet production targets.
• Direct product changeover, continuous improvement, and scheduling activities.
• Allocate resources to support deviations, defects, and changes for compliant production.
• Build and supervise a high‑performing, diverse team with coaching.
• Maintain and communicate performance metrics and high expectations.
• Support health authority inspections.
