Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Bioprocess Associate for our Devens, MA site to operate production equipment in a cGMP environment. You will work with SOPs, help revise documents, and support process automation and inventory management.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with biotechnology-related associate education and experience in regulated settings, plus strong teamwork and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an Associate degree in Biotechnology or related field is desirable.
• Experience with cGMP regulations and/or work in a clean room or regulated environment preferred.
• Experience working on teams with accountability, collaboration and results emphasis.
• Proficiency with common computer tools and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in GMP-compliant environment per SOPs.
• Revise and create process documents and assist investigations.
• Train for proficiency in process automation and support business systems.
• Lead in maintaining material and components inventory.
• Support a safe work environment and contribute to area safety initiatives.
• Weigh and check raw materials; assemble, clean and autoclave process components.
• Assist in maintaining material and component inventory; perform routine manufacturing tasks.
• Assist in revising process documents and batch records and assist investigations.
