Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cGMP bioprocessing manufacturing or cell therapy manufacturing.
• Experience with aseptic processing in ISO 5 biosafety cabinets and handling human-derived materials in BSL-2 containment areas.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation and compliance of manufacturing documentation, procedures and policies.
• Plan, assign and oversee daily operational activities within assigned areas.
• Maintain compliant, efficient and safe operating and storage areas.
• Identify issues to prevent deviations; lead corrective/preventive actions and investigations.
• Foster teamwork and a culture of safety and compliance for patients and staff.
• Coordinate information and status across Planning, Manufacturing, QA, and other functions.
• Oversee operators performing unit operations, document batch records, and training assignments.
• Assist in setup, commissioning, qualification and validation activities for areas/equipment.
