Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Process Management.
• At least 2 years in a cross-functional environment managing stakeholder expectations.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience using formatting, authoring, or publishing tools.

Responsibilities

• Content Management & Technical Writing: author, maintain, publish high-quality docs for technical and non-technical audiences; serve as SME.
• Process Optimization & AI Automation: analyze requirements, redesign workflows, identify automation opportunities.
• Governance, Compliance & Risk Management: manage document lifecycles, versioning, and audit readiness.
• Stakeholder Management & Influence: engage stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Mentorship & Team Enablement: lead knowledge-sharing sessions and SOP development.
