Job summary

Lean or Six Sigma Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor processes to ensure they are followed; identify risks and escalate to management.
Write process maps, procedures and maintain documentation for processes.
Draft, test and revise work instructions with needed approvals.
Collect, analyze and measure process data to drive improvements.
Understand best practices and drive well-managed processes.
Collaborate with teammates on cross-functional initiatives and provide input for improvements.
Develop project plans for process development and re-engineering.
Communicate updates to internal customers; may include executive-level communications.
Perform processes or parts of the process as needed.
