Job summary

PatientPoint, Inc. seeks a Process Improvement and Training Intern to drive change management activities, update quality documentation, and develop training sessions tied to audit recommendations and new processes.

You will gain exposure to multiple business units, assist with communications, and help maintain compliance tracking while contributing fresh ideas and practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Detail oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating quality management documentation.
• Assist with project communications by preparing presentations and stakeholder updates.
• Assist in creating training materials for quality processes and project management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts with fresh perspectives and ideas.
• Gain exposure to various business units and understand their quality and PM needs.
• Support compliance tracking systems and remediation/change management activities.
• Participate in project reviews and post-mortems, documenting key insights.
