PatientPoint, Inc. is offering a Process Improvement and Training Intern role in Cincinnati, OH. The position focuses on driving change management through documentation updates and development of training materials aligned with audit recommendations and process improvements.

You will gain exposure to multiple business units, support quality and project management needs, and assist with remediation activities and post-mortem analyses, while working in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Detail oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and updating quality management documentation.
• Assist with project communications by preparing presentations and stakeholder updates.
• Assist in creating training materials for quality processes and project management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts with fresh perspectives and ideas.
• Gain exposure to various business units and understand their quality and project management needs.
• Support compliance activities by maintaining tracking systems and implementing remediation/change management.
• Participate in project reviews and post-mortems, documenting insights and recommendations.
