Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Interest in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean methodologies, or performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
