PatientPoint, Inc. is offering a Process Improvement and Training Intern role in Cincinnati, OH. The position focuses on driving change management through documentation updates and development of training materials aligned with audit recommendations and process improvements.

You will gain exposure to multiple business units, support quality and project management needs, and assist with remediation activities and post-mortem analyses, while working in a hybrid environment.

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Detail oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Process Improvement and Training Intern

Job Summary: Drive change management activities such as documentation updates and development of training sessions/videos that are a result of audit recommendations, process improvement activities,andnew process introduction.

What You'll Do:

• Assistin developing and updating quality management documentation
• Assistwith project communications by preparing presentations and stakeholder updates
• Assistin creating training materials for quality processes and project management
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through fresh perspectives and innovative ideas
• Gain exposure to various business units and understand their quality and project management needs
• Support compliance activities bymaintainingcompliance tracking systems and implementation of remediation activities / change management
• Participate in project reviews and post-mortems, documenting key insights and recommendations

What We Need:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies

Base Salary Band: $20.00 - $23.00

Compensation: At PatientPoint, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors whendeterminingcompensation, including skills, qualifications, geographic location, and professional experience, which can cause your compensation to vary. The base salary range listed is just onecomponentofPatientPoint's total compensation package for employees.
