Job summary

PatientPoint, Inc. invites rising college students to join as a Client Success Summer Intern in a hybrid role. You will support client accounts, help run advertising campaigns, and collaborate across Client Success, Sales, and Operations while taking ownership of projects.

The position emphasizes strong communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving as you work with cross-functional teams and contribute to improving health outcomes for patients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student enrolled in a college or university, ideally entering their senior year.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preference given to those pursuing a degree in Project Management, Advertising, Communications, Operations Management, or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Success and other functions to support assigned accounts.
• Update/enhance training and reference resources used during onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate on special projects with Revenue Operations or other leads as assigned.
