Job summary

You will apply DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, and BPM to design, standardize, and govern ISTS processes, partnering with technology towers and risk stakeholders to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in process engineering and change management.
3+ years in formal BPM framework (process inventory, documentation, governance).
2+ years using process-mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve cross-functional problems.
Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities.
Deliver capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance with measurable metrics.
Ensure improvements are sustainable and documented with SOPs and KPIs.
Create current- and future-state process maps to reveal bottlenecks and risks.
Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and operations to scale improvements.
Drive change adoption and stakeholder alignment during implementations.
