MarketSource, Inc. Careers is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on interfacing with internal leaders and client stakeholders to design and continuously improve sales programs.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Practice Leaders, developing strategies with executives, and enabling adoption of new technology and processes across Sales, Client Services, and back-office teams. 4/5 days in-office with remote option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering/Systems Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years in cross-functional roles; at least 1 year leading cross-functional facilitation.
• Working understanding of AI tools and business applications.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies; certifications preferred.
• Experience presenting to enterprise-level decision makers.

Responsabilités

• Support sales initiatives by collaborating with Practice Leaders and Client Services to design and improve sales programs.
• Assess business needs with leaders and clients to recommend improvements that drive results.
• Develop and execute strategies with executives to deliver value and exceed expectations.
• Support new customers by documenting requirements, setting up processes, and designing training.
• Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement through process changes and training materials.
• Lead continuous process improvement projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as a change acceleration leader to promote new technology and methods.
• Ensure integration with Client Services, Sales, and back-office teams.
