Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive design and improvement of sales programs, partnering with internal and client teams. The role will translate business needs into actionable improvements and train teams across departments.

You will work with Practice Leaders, Client Services, and Business Development to implement innovative strategies, manage change, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in cross‑functional roles.
• Experience presenting to high level decision makers and influencers at Enterprise level companies.
• Working understanding of AI tools and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives by working with Practice Leaders, Business Development and Client Services to design and improve sales programs.
• Collaborate with leaders and clients to assess technical and business needs and advise on improvements.
• Partner with executives to develop, implement, and execute innovative strategies that add value.
• Assist new customers by identifying and documenting program requirements and delivering training.
• Assist existing customers by driving service delivery improvements through process changes and training materials.
• Support strategic initiatives using process engineering, technology and instructional design.
• Apply an engineering and process‑based approach to drive continuous process improvement.
• Act as a change acceleration leader to promote adoption of new tech and methods.
• Ensure integration with Client Services, Sales, Practice Leaders and back-office areas.
• Encourage frequent communication with Shared Services to ensure engagement.
• Participate in evaluating and implementing sales enablement technologies.
