Job summary

JobsTrackR in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Business Transformation Lead to drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation using Power Platform.

The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite/2 days remote after a 90-day training period and involves collaborating with stakeholders to design, build, and deploy scalable automation solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and data integrations.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience across business transformation, process improvement, business analysis, or digital transformation.
• 2 years of hands-on Power Automate experience.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Canvas Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
• Around 2 years of Azure experience and 1 year of SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficient business processes and opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Build and maintain solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Develop automated workflows and integrations to reduce manual processes.
• Support Power Platform applications, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing improvements.
• Work with data integration, Power BI, Azure, APIs, and SQL where required.
• Help establish and maintain Power Platform governance and best practices.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement.
