Job summary

MarketSource, a sales acceleration company, seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to partner with senior leaders and client stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize sales programs. You will drive process improvements, technology adoption, and instructional design across enterprise teams, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.

A bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of cross-functional leadership, and experience with AI tools are required.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives by working with Practice Leaders, Business Development and Client Services to design and improve sales programs.
• Assess business and technical needs of clients to drive key business results through program design and improvements.
• Partner with executives to develop and execute innovative strategies delivering value and exceeding expectations.
• Aid new customers by identifying processes and tech needs, ensuring setup and training.
• Support existing customers by driving service delivery improvements through process changes and training.
• Drive strategic initiatives using process engineering, technology and instructional design.
