Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our CS Coordinator team in a hybrid role in Alpharetta, GA. You will oversee performance, staffing, training, and processes, partnering with Account Managers to drive service excellence.

Your leadership will shape the quality and responsiveness of our customer service operations, building a highly engaged, customer-focused team that strengthens client relationships and supports growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Leadership, Communications, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in customer service, client services, or operations.
• 2 years of leading, coaching, and managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service Coordinators through performance management and training.
• Monitor service levels, quality metrics, and team performance to meet goals.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing, workload balancing, and productivity.
• Identify and implement SOPs and best practices for efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze data, reports, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
