Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Lead for the CPES organization. This remote-enabled role coordinates cross-functional operational workstreams, maintains project plans, and oversees governance activities to ensure standardized execution across enterprise processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4+ years coordinating enterprise-level operational processes, projects, governance activities, or cross-functional workstreams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certification.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Experience maintaining project plans, timelines, process documentation, decision logs, action logs, and governance materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, design, standardization, and optimization of processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Identify and implement process-improvement opportunities using data and root-cause analysis.
• Drive adoption of best practices, lessons learned, and process standards.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, maps, workflows, governance artifacts, and materials.
