Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 4+ years coordinating enterprise-level operational processes, projects, governance activities, or cross-functional workstreams
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certification
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Risk tracking, issue resolution, and escalation capabilities
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on process documentation and governance materials

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and coordination of operational initiatives and workstreams
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, barriers, and resource constraints
• Lead regulatory and governance readiness activities for successful implementation
• Prepare executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and updates
• Escalate critical issues and decisions to leadership
• Engage stakeholders across functions to drive alignment and accountability
