Humana Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to coordinate enterprise-level operational processes across the CPES portfolio. You will design and standardize processes, manage governance routines, and partner with leaders to ensure execution readiness and accountability.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, maintain project plans, track risks, and prepare executive-ready updates and dashboards to communicate progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years coordinating enterprise-level operational processes, projects, governance activities, or cross-functional workstreams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certification.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to document plans, decisions logs, and governance materials.

Responsabilités

• Lead evaluation, design, standardization, and optimization of processes to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and governance of operational initiatives and strategic workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to keep programs on track.
• Lead readiness activities to ensure adoption of new processes and ways of working.
